Fender Amps: The First Fifty Years (Paperback)

Can anyone recommend this publication? I never seem to find a copy in the local stores but I have my eye on a copy at amazon.com. I wondered if it included the transitional changes during the blonde bassman years?

    I have it.

It includes all years of all Fender amps up to about the mid 90s plus some vintage effects, but it's more like an overview. It doesn't go into great detail about every year.

Good book though. Lots of amp porn.

Not a lot of tech, but it's the best overview of the Fender amp line out there.

Morrish's The Fender Amp Book is a complete waste of money.

I have it too. IMO it's worth having.
