Harmonic Design?

I haven't tried the H-90, but have the Tele-sized version of the same pickup, the S-90.

I absolutely love it.

Very versatile, very sparkly, very "hi-fi".

I use mine in combo with a TBX tone pot and it can nail almost any Tele tone I want, plus it does a fair approximation of of a P-90. Not perfect, but still very nice.

i noticed them in the billy joe armstrong LP Jr. not that i'd pay that much just to have some punks name on the headstock, but a noiseless P-90 intrigues me.

I don't think we're talking about the same pickup, although I could be wrong.

good point fezz-truth be told, if i've got good, clean power, don't get too close to the amp, and don't muck about w/ a bunch of pedals, my epi LP Jr. is relatively quiet.

I was confusing the new Gibson pickup with the Harmonic Design Z-90.
