Resistance of Custom shop '69 is 5.8k.
I bought Cs'69 strat set. Resistance of my pick ups are 5.56k, 5.63k, 5.66k. Is it OK?
Output of these pick ups are lower then the normal CS'69 (5.8k) pick ups?

you're fine. those pups are wound by hand and will vary slightly. 5.8k versus 5.66k is pretty negligble for handmande pups.
