MF says the Trans Fat is now discontinued.... Why Fender, why?

I guess they needed to get rid of all the trans fat in their product line because of health concerns.

Oh well, time to watch ebay.

Man that's a bummer, bro! I just saw one on eBay for something like $114. I can't seem to find it now.

Yeah I know I saw that one too, I was planning on saving up my future job my summer job money for one.
I have many guitars but i don't have a straight up strat, and sometimes that bugs me. These guitars had the right price, a quality easily verifiable wood that i like, and simple looks. I hope I meet one in a guitar store one day when i have money.

    Re: Squire Trans Fat

I have a Trans Double Fat. It's a lot of guitar for the money, especially compared to what I had in the same price range back in the 70's. I replaced the bridge pickup with a Duncan, but I really didn't need to. The one concern is neck width at the nut is quite a bit thinner than on any of my other guitars, but not enought to really bother me - enough to notice though.

Cool, good to know. My father thinks I have too many guitars, but one more couldn't hurt right?
