Methinks someone's been taking a page from John Entwistle's book with the Gibson/Fender hybrid (I think I'm about to get hit by lightning for that phrase)
Frusciante's peeps bought that Toronado from Manny's when I worked there.

What makes this cool at least for me is not that fact that its a 72 deluxe, but that its being played by some one you don't normally associate Telecasters
No Picture except the one in my mind of Jeff Lynn playing a Tele Custom or Deluxe though a Fender Twin on a 70's Midnight Special playing "Roll Over Beethoven".
I was searching Google to see if I could find a picture but was unsuccessful but I did notice that Jeff wasn't one to stick with one guitar for very long. Here's what appears to be a strange Gibson.

During December of 2005 I saw U2 in Cleveland. The Edge changed guitars for EVERY song. I think he might've played one or 2 of his Strats twice, but he played a little bit of everything. Telecasters (2 or 3 Teles I think, including on Vertigo which I thought was cool), Strats (he must've played 4 different strats or more), Les Pauls (several), SG's (one or 2), a Gretsch, and probably a couple others I'm missing.
