    Metropolitan Tanglewood Deluxe out there?

Anyone out there who also owns a Metropolitan Tanglewood? They're (wooden!) reissues of a National Glenwood with Rio Grande pickups. Love my guitar, it's a '99 by the way. Here she is:

I'm curious about the scale length... it looks short, but maybe that's an optical delusion.

    Wild stuff.
    So are theses solidbodies?
This review doesn't clarify as to sold, hollow or whatever, but the body's made of "African fakimba wood."

I don't know what the fakimba.. that means, sound-wise, but, man, they look cool.
Probably a much more stable guitar than the originals.
    The Glendale's sweet looking.
