    Seymour Duncan's '59

I was looking at these on musicians friend, but MF doesn't have them in Gold or Chrome covers. Just open coil. On Seymour Duncans site it says they are available with Chrome or Gold covers, but they don't have them on MF. Did they discont. the Gold or Chrome and haven't updated the site, or what???

No. Musician's Friend only carries what they think they can sell. Most MF customers aren't willing to spend the extra dollars for covers. Think of them as Wal Mart.

    Try one of the sponsors.

You can get covers elsewhere - gold or whatever - for $20 a set...
