Oak Grigsby is equal to CRL in every respect as far as switches go. CTS every time for pots.

I like CRL's detent mechanism a lot better than Oak Grisby's. It just feels better to me.
I believe the quality is equal though.

I've had great luck with Alpha pots lately.

In the past I stuck with CTS for pots, but had a couple problems with new ones over the past two years.

I tried a few Alphas and haven't looked back.

    Re: Pots and Switches

I'm not sure who makes these, but the pots in one of my axes made overseas are very heavy and advertised as "high voltage" and have brass shafts and nice smooth action......they feel very substantial compared to the standard CTS pots I have in......everything else.

The are really smooth and proved good rolloff. I would buy em if I knew where to get em.
