    Wah chain placement, weird!

I've always had my Wah first in the chain, but for some reason I have to put it after the distortion pedals now.

I have those two new pedals Chucko gave me, The TS9DX and the modified DS1, but with the Wah in front of them, it sounds like junk. Wimpy, with almost no sweep.

When I put it after them, it sounds just fine..

That totallymakes sense... Before, your wah sound was being chewed up by your pedals. they were compressing, distorting, and changing the eq spectrum. Now, your wah is chewing up your overdriven signal and giving that all the color.

When using pedals I always try them in different orders. Even when there's supposedly a right and a wrong way...

My new chain is very similar. TS9DX, Modded DS1, Crybaby.

When I'm done, it will look like this:

TS9DX, DS1, Dynacomp, Phase 90 or similar, Wah.
