    Modding Squier Fat Tele

I picked up a Sq. Fat Tele and the pups were ok but I wanted more on the bridge so I picked up a SD Jerry Donahue and man that makes a lot of difference. It really thickens up the sound and evens it out across the strings.

I am thinking of putting in an SD Pearly Gates on the neck. Would that balance out ok or would it be too 'hot' for the Jerry Donahue bridge pup?

you might want a 59 in there. a pearly neck model might work too. check the duncan site, they have all the outputs rated.
