where can I find 500k ohm no-load pot?
I know Fender sells a 250k, but where can I find a 500k no-load audio taper pot?

Not sure of a source or if they exist, but you can convert a standard CTS pot by painting over the part of the resistance band where the wiper stops with nail polish or insulating paint. You won't have a detent but it will work the same electrically. It can be undone with a little acetone(but don't get any near the guitar's finish). If you're concerned about wear, a more permanent way is to slice thru the resistance band with an Exacto knife.
The resistance band/terminal part of almost all 1" diameter CTS pots is interchangable regardless of shaft style or length. You bend the 4 cover tabs back to get them apart(nothing comes flying out). Some Fenders have the signal ground running thru the pots and control plate(Teles) or shielding plate(Strats), so make sure the tabs are snug when you put 'em back together. Even better is to star-ground everything to the back of 1 pot.
