Yes. The heel of the Tele neck is squared off, a Strat neck is kinda rounded off. Tele neck on a Strat is a little more difficult to pull off.

It will fit and should intonate correctly, but there will be a visible gap at the corners of the neck pocket since the strat neck has a radiused heel. I've got a tele that was put together this way. I was going to get a tele neck for it, but the neck that's on it fits the pocket beautifully. I had the frets leveled and crowned and the guitar plays like butta. I also have a homebrew strat with a tele neck, but I had to re-shape the neck pocket with a router to match it up properly.
