saddle adjustment

my G string buzzes a little when playing it on the 12th/14th fret, im wondering the best way to remedy this, do i just adjust the saddle with the mini, alan wrenches??? or does that mess up inntonation??????? and its only on the G string

You can raise the saddle and it won't mess up intonation.
