Can one have too many stratocasters? Ive got three and plan on going to guitar center for some effects peadals and if one catches me I just may buy one. So that brings me to my ponder that question.

not if you want more. I have one and that's enough for me. Now Teles, that's another matter, even though I only own one of those, too.
Yes, one cn have too many Strats.
Note in this picture, there's an imposter. One of my Strats didn't have anywhere to hang in this photo, due to lax security.
If you leave the house, you're just asking for it.
no. of course this answer relies on many factors; wife, kids, rent, food.
if you're like me and aren't a rich man, then yes. cause buying strings for them all ridiculous.
"don't worry, i'm a professional!"
HELL NO. I've got 8, and 1 on the way! I love 'em! Moonpie, What's the neck wood on that 1st one you've got pictured, looks interesting.
My Classic Player has been modded to my perfect studio guitar.
My 04 AS Strat is the main gigging guitar.
My MIM is main back up gigging guitar
My 76 is the first good guitar I ever had and has done hundreds of gigs. It still gets some studio and gig time but has lots of sentimental value.
My 73 I got cheap! It gets lots of rehearsal and photo time and occasional gig use.
So, there are my pointless reasons for having 5 strats!
It depends more on your situation than actual number of guitars. Chuck0caster has it right as far as factors.
I have my new Chrome Red AS Strat, my new FMT cherry sunburst Strat, and my son's black MiM that I gave him and he seems to have lost interest in already...

It's a Warmoth with a Pao Ferro fretboard. I think the neck is African Shedua, but I'm not sure. It was already put together when I bought it.
