Right now just Strat (or LP, Tele, SSG) into a Deluxe 90. Studio results of that set-up are here:

One song has heavy delay on a solo - I had left by the time they were mixing. But it's a spacy song so it's cool, I guess. It just won't be there for the gigs.

    Re: What's in your chain?

I just listened to the first two songs dez, sounds good!

Uhm, for me it's currently a mix of the following:

    1) Main set up:
    Strat > Vox wah > FDII > Boss DD3 > ZVez SHO > Boss Tuner > D.R.R.I.
I'm thinking about putting the SHO in front of the FD2, just to see how it reacts.

    2)
    Strat > Vox wah > MXR Auto "Q" > FDII > Boss DD3 > ZVez SHO > Boss Tuner > D.R.R.I.

    3)
    Strat > Vox wah > MXR Auto "Q" > FDII > Boss DD3 > > Lehe A/B >
    A) ZVez SHO > D.R.R.I.
    B) > Boss Tuner > Mesa Boogie Studio 22+

I don't have any sound file of this current set up, but here is a similar set up with a Hot Rod DeVille instead of the DRRI:

    Red River Soul

It was listening to these tracks that inspired me to get the DRRI....

    Re: What's in your chain?

Guitar -> Boss TU-2 Tuner -> Boss CE-2 Chorus -> Fulltone Fulldrive 2 -> Barber Tone Press -> Boss DD-5 Delay -> Fulltone Clyde Deluxe Wah -> '66 Super Reverb

The only effects I leave on all the time are the drive channel on the Fulldrive 2 and the Delay. I use the Fulldrive Boost channel for extra distortion, and the Tone Press is for lead volume and sustain. Chorus and Wah as needed.

    Mike,
You'll have less noise with the chorus after the OD and other gain boxes, as they will amplify the noise of the chorus. Also, the delays will be more distinct (if you should want that) if the delay comes before the chorus. And are you really getting the best response and sweep from the wah with it last in the chain? If so, cool, but that's an odd placement.

Dwell, you are absolutely right. I forgot that I moved the chorus after the delay in the chain. I've tried the wah as the first pedal after the tuner, but I like the sound better at the end of the chain.
