How would i go about finding out what model my telecaster is?

Hello! I really need help finding out what my guitar model is, as well as that i have a signiature on it and i have no idea who's it is?

How would i find these things out?

Its a butterscotch colour with a red marble like scratchboard, 2 pickups, made in mexico.

I think you can search your serial number on the Fender website?
