When you realize it's all about the dancing for Britney, and her crowd was always mainly ~10-15 years old it makes it a little more acceptable in a way. For them just to see her in person is worth the ticket price.

Interesting story about that Who video. The bass drum was supposed to explode at the end but Keith Moon wanted a bigger explosion so he kept bribing the special effects guy with booze all day to put in bigger charges. When it went off at the end Townshend wasn't ready for it and had his head directly in front of the explosion. Pete reasoned that that event was what caused a lot of his hearing loss.
Nice moment there- Kris Kristofferson was one of the presenters of Milli's Grammy.
Even if those guys did sing... hell, if they wrote, produced and played every instrument, and braided their own hair, it goes to show what a Grammy represents, or not, qualitatively about popular music.
