Cleaning up after the BMR project, I unearthed this old single-speed drum & 8" speaker I bought off of craigslist years ago. I think I paid $35. What should I do with it?

Maybe fit a 12" speaker, and make it variable speed?
I can envision using it with pedal steel for some organ type effects, not sure how practical though.

A 12" would be a stretch, but a 10" might work. The drum itself is about 12" in diameter.
