Eastman Factory -- CIC Pretty Cool
I'm pretty proud of my Eastman jazz box. My hands are somewhat better, so I was able to play a bit the last few days. I spent some time dialing it into the Deluxe today, and pretty much got what I wanted. A little tweaking here and there.
I can only get to these pics on someone's Facebook account, but there are some fantastic pics of the factory. You get to see how much of what they do is by hand.

Absolutely.
I've had my 2005 Eastman about 4 mos now, and I love it, just love it.

Re: Eastman Factory -- CIC Pretty Cool
I first encountered Eastman guitars at a shop in Hanover NH, didn't play any. At the time their prices were by the day's standards very reasonable. I think their cache has risen since then and they aren't the bargain basement buys they once were. If they made a ES339 type (smaller 335) I'd like to try one.

The LGS is an Eastman dealer. I've not seen any of their electrics on display, but they have a large, humidified room where the acoustics are. Next time I'm in there, I'll check them out (but since I have a custom guitar on the way, I'm holding off on anything comparable).
