Recommendedations on a used acoustic $300-400
Hi all,
So, it’s Christmas time and my daughter wants to buy her boyfriend a budget acoustic guitar. She doesn’t have much money to throw at the problem, somewhere in the neighborhood of $300 to $400. What would you guys suggest, for the best deal out there for a used acoustic in that range? I’m eager to hear what you all have to say and thank you all for your insights!
Peace

If you're looking for used, I'd suggest checking out Reverb. A quick check shows a few Taylor Mahogany BT-2s and the like. I love my Taylor, and the price they're asking is right in the lower range you've listed.
I have been very pleased with the purchases I've made off Reverb.

The newer Epi's are worth a serious look. I have played a few been impressed with the fit and finish set up was nice. I dunno mebbe it was just the one I picked up that day but it sounded great! Nice bass / mids / balance to the strings played great.. Have fun!

It's been a long time since I got a guitar strap thrown in... :Banjo: I like the cheapo Gibson/Fender straps - I'm not a fan of leather ones. The Fender ones work for Guilds because Fender owned Guild when I got them.
