Roy Buchanan

I didn't know guitarist Roy Buchanan, just read about him on the LesPaulForum.

Don't know how I missed this. I just can't turn off my stereo, he makes wonders with that Telecaster.

I need to listen to him more. I've always admired his playing but the tinny Tele sound hasn't settled in my head flaps. Like I say, I need to listen more and get what he's doing with it.

That is a common reaction. It took me a while to get beyond that sound. Well, not exactly "beyond" it. Sometimes it works great the way he does it and other times it still scares me!
