NTD - New Toy Day

So, I am really into some 60s sounds and although my faithful Danelectro Daddy-O gives me a nice overdrive and the MXR + is a great booster, my Rolling Stones tone wasn't as true as I wanted it to be.

I came across this mini Fuzzface (the germanium diode model), and it sounded just PERFECT.

I found out that I can get either nice crunch and fuzzy drive for stuff like Satisfaction, or crank it up and get a sinister and full of mids growling, perfect for Black Sabbath stuff.

I hadn't tried these mini versions of the FuzzFace, and they sound just fine, plus are small enough to fit a compact pedalboard like my Boss BCB60...Dunlop rocks. Thanks Jim! :dude:appl:

It's round. It's red. And it's got fuzz galore. Kinda like a Kamikaze fuzz pedal! What else could one want? Well done! Banzai! :dude

And I'll bet if you get up on the neck and middle PU with your Strat and roll back on the tone a bit you'll get a real creamy drive that will make even Gilmore proud.
