Somebody makes one, it might even be Fender.
Not sure about compatibility with a vintage-spec trem block though.
Fender used them on the second generation Hwy 1 (the one with the big headstock.
Yes, I found the the AM Hwy1 of late, after '08 has these exact specs. i.e. vintage screw mounts and modern string spacing.
I now have a 57 / 62 avri bridge assembly and I'm wondering if the hwy 1 is inferior... or the same quality as the avri.
I know the block seems to be steel... don't know about the rest.
The block on my 2005 Hwy1 (with "vintage" spacing) was diecast zinc alloy. I put a full Callaham bridge on it.
Have you checked the compatability list on Callaham's bridge detail page?
