Wiring suggests for new humbuckers in strat

Hi everyone,

I'm about to install a new set of SD humbuckers in my Fender Highway One Strat and was looking for wiring suggestions regarding the 2 & 4 positions. A 'Little '59 SL59-1' is going into the neck position, a 'Duckbucker SDBR-1' into the middle and a 'JB Jr SJBJ-1' into the bridge.
Specifically, should I coil tap the pickups in order to mirror the current 'tone' of the 2 & 4 positions, or go with the beefier, non-tapped, HB sound?
To add the mix, the pots & caps were updated a year ago with a RS Guitarworks kit. Should I update the pots & caps for the new HBs?
