In other lists of today, virtually all of Upstate NY is considered to be booming in the recession. It's sort of like when your're at the bottom, looking up at the people sinking to your level, it looks like you're moving forward.

I don't suppose YOU had anything to do with the murder rate or density of unwed mothers, did you?
