Ferenades TE 3 Thinline - Anyone have any ifo on these?

Just sniped a MIJ Fernandes TE 3 Thinline. It looks to be an Ash three piece body with clear poly and a Maple neck with the gold and black "Fernandes" headstock logo.

But I'm not really finding on info on these on the web. I went through the old Fernandes catalogs at the Fernades site but none show the Thinline series.

I've been really impressed with my 2003 (Basswoood?) Fernades Japan Strat copy w/'68 Reissue Fender Japan pups. But other than that I have no other experience with them.

Anyone here own or maybe have played one? Was $240 w/shipping too much to pay?
