Played an HSS Suhr and Nash w/ Lollars this weekend...
...through a few /13 1x12 combos.
The Suhr was a beautiful drop top from "NAMM". It had the FL's (standards I believe) in the neck/middle. Man, these are some of the best sounding pickups I've ever heard. Thinking about putting a set in my Grosh. Hehehhe, a Grosh strat with Suhr pickups....isn't that special.
Played a Nash also (which I am not a Nash fan AT ALL), with Lollars. Not sure which, they couldn't tell me any specs. Some say they are the dirty blonde set. Anyway, I wasn't too impressed to say the least. Don't know if it was the pickups or the guitar or both.
I still like Fralins ok if you can get them adjusted right and I recommend degaussing the pole pieces some.
I also really like the Dimarzio Area 58, 61 and Heavy Blues 2 as well as the VV Solo.
Fender CS54's are my favorite in their lineup.
Still not sure about the whole Lollar lineup, all the clips just do nothing for me.
Then theirs Don Mare.....
Oh, and does anyone have any of Pete's work from Vintage Vibe Guitars.....or how abot tht Harmonic Design guy?

If you use a special character (the percent sign is a common culprit) the forum will fail to accept the post.

Figured it out and edited it. The first sentence wouldn't post unless I put the word NAMM in quotes. Go figure.
