Don't know if this is the place for a blog plug, but it was either here or in the 'Amplifier' section...
Anyway, I've recently done several mods and repairs on my HRD and chronicled the job with pictures on my site. Now, I've written it for the non-guitarist mainly, as a lot of family and friends would be stopping by, so pleaase forgive some of the simplified language.

Phew! I just wish I could do this myself (workin' on amps that is) but it's a book of seven seals to me and I'm too scared of all things electric!

Nice effort NT for a first timer.
You still go the stock speaker I see, why don't you try a Celestion Vintage 30 and get on the train to Brownsville
