WB Pickups 6707 Single Coils.. NOS 1967 Wire

Hello All,

My name is Will Boggs and some of you may or may not of heard of me. I am pickup winder from Redding, California. A little history of myself is that I have been winding pickups for quite a while now. Over 20 years. What started as a hobby turned into a love for making pickups. I have created a little buzz with my humbuckers but what few people know about me is that I have a major love and respect for Fender Guitars. In fact I held off on making a base model of S pickups for the longest time. I have always felt that single coils are a very personal pickup. that's why I only offered it on my Custom Tuned section. Time to introduce the best that I have developed with true 40 year old wire.

WB, 67-07 Single Coils “Limited’s” are now avaliable. After being road tested and given the big thumbs up. I am proud to offer them. Wound traditional style on my vintage winder. They will come in 2 different output sets. Lo-Drive and Hot Rod.

These calibrated sets features staggered beveled Alnico V magnets and the real tone of authentic vintage 60’s wire. These can come straight vintage or with a middle reverse wound option for hum canceling in the #2 and #4 positions. Understand that I will wind the middle pickup for all sets as the order comes in to make sure this can be an option. All the necks and bridges are done for all sets. So please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

There will also be only 15 sets of each Low Drive and Hot Rods that will have the Alnico 2 magnets. The number of these start at the number 36 of 50 and can be ordered now and will ship in 7-10 days. The Reverse option will also be available for the A2 sets.

Total 50 numbered sets of each outputs will be made only! 50 of the Lo-Drives 6707’s and 50 of the Hot Rod 6707’s. That is it.

So here’s the sets;

Lo-Drive 6707’s / Bridge 6.5K , Middle 6k , Neck 5.9. For classic chime, bells and feel with a little bit extra on the bridge for a more calibrated sound.

Hot Rod 6707’s / Bridge 7.3K , Middle 6.3K, Neck 6.2K For straight up blues and vintage/classic rock style tones.

These are all calibrated to match.

You get a COA and a sample of the 1967 wire. All sets come with either White, Creme or Black Covers only.

These are being offered for $395 SHIPPED. International orders will be $12 for Global Priority.
