Getting ready for another trip to CT

    It's Tuesday ALREADY!
I'm going to CT to rehearse with Tele-Bob, Gus and Brandon in just three short days for a June performance.

I haven't had time to make a complete demo CD for them to reference, and it's not likely I will be able to do that before Friday.

    I'm working 11 hours a day....and I'm plum tuckered out.

    But MUSIC is everything.
    So, I'm not complaining.

.......and while you're at it, hop on over to my "When is a cover song considered done" thread and tell everyone that I'm really not an unreasonable prick! I just happen to have a good work ethic!

It doens't matter what it looks like - it sounds "killer"!

I wish I could hear you guys play! Are you having open rehersals?

Just a reference to something Tele-Bob told me in another thread. (BTW TB, if you're in LA next week, we oughta grab some lunch while you're out riding around.)

FWIW I can't stand those guitars. :hurl Polka Dots! Yeech! The only thing worse is those bowling ball Strats. Double Yeech! :hurl

Splattercasters look like an idea gone horribly wrong too. Personally, the BG Strat doesn't offend me, but it does remind me of boxer shorts for some strange reason. That brings a smile so I guess it's not a bad thing.

fezz parka, tap me an e-mail with your contact info. I'll be down in Garden Grove and San Diego on Tuesday and Wednesday, then up to Irvine to pick up a test bike from Kawasaki for a nice, long ride on Thursday and Friday, probably out into the desert, then up to Santa Monica Saturday and North Ridge on Sunday. I have an 11:30 pm flight on Sunday out of LAX.

    Now...that's interesting.

Well a nice surprise yesterday! I went to The Band Room to get some work done on two guitars and guess who I ran into? Fenderboy, Tele-Bob and Gus! I was only there for a couple of minutes which really sucked because I have not seen Fenderboy in a while.

Fenderboy asked me to grab a guitar, but I was already running late. Well, okay I was just afraid to break the two guitar rule in front of TB....

I saw a dress in the Lane Bryant window that had the same polka dot pattern! Bwhahahahahahahahahaha!

I will change back to El Kabong. I'm tired of being Gumby Dammit!

You think that's bad fezz parka, you should read about the guitar he practically robbed off a poor undepriviledged kid the other day. The whole sordid tale is in the Clone Zone.
