Born in Fullerton, California in 1952
I remember playing what I think was a Duck Dunn prototype in the “playroom” at the old Lakland facility on Dominick Street in Chicago. At the beginning of our band’s festival season I’d bring my 55-94 in for Carl Pedigo to check it over and, while waiting, you could grab a bass and try it on several available amps that were set up. I do remember trying the Jerry Scheff signature model.
