Hey all, got a question.
I have a Fender stage/112 amp that I'm going to attempt to repair myself. (Should be easy)
Ok, my amp has sounded fairly crapped out, noisy, out of sorts for some time.
I decide to take 'er apart for a thorough inner cleaning & tuner "spraydown".
When looking at the circuit board, I see 2 resistor/diode (or something) side by side thingy-ma-jigs, which appear to be "Fried to a crisp"
Don't know why, or when exactly, but I did do a gig (inside) during a nasty lightning storm once, & the god's hit really close & I could feel the tingling through the strings. (yep, the beer was cold too)
Anyhow, I was wondering if I were to take a few pics of what I see, & post 'em in hope that someone might tell me what they are, where I may get them, & what do you think the poss. cause was?
It might have happened some other time, or an on-going thing, not sure.
But, I would like to fixer up & get it running again. (It's a decent practice amp)
Any help, greatly appreciated!
