I'm looking forward to this.
And how much will you be pricing this one at?

...by the way, package #2 has arrived:

Envy you guys with hands steady enough and eyes strong enough to do this kind of work. But I'm really interested in seeing projects like this. Looking forward to watching it come together.

I've about got all the parts in hand. Got the Allen/Heyboer OT and Reverb iron:
I even found a surplus Amphenol AC receptacle:
Big brother awaits the assembly of little brother:
Just some minor chassis mods to make (need a larger hole for the AC cord and strain relief and a hole for the bias pot) and it's off to the races!

We're all rooting for ya!! LOVE your work, the attention to detail and flowing cleanliness are second to none.
"don't worry, i'm a professional!"
Why use a two-pronger on there?
I wire it up as a bias test point. No need to pull the chassis to check bias voltage, and it maintains that original look.

Yeah! I did it with my Deluxe Reverb Repro, too.

What speaker will it have?
What happend?

Toying with the idea of a Celestion Ten 30, but may go with a Weber 10F150T. Not decided at the moment!

that is a great idea
Mine is a Mojotone kit and came with a new Jensen C10Q. I tried a factory broken in Weber 10F150 (not "T") in it and didn't like it. It had an upper mid "honk" that wasn't my style. I'm interested in how the T sounds.
I ended up installing a well broken in Jensen C10Q reissue that I had used in my '68 PR years ago. I really like this speaker. There are so many others that I'd like to try!
Did the chassis metalwork adjustments and started fitting things together:
I'm going to have to get a different fuse holder...it's really tight in there next to the power tube socket:
The bias pot fits in there nicely, but I'm one switch short - I ordered a more modern one and it won't fit in there. Other than some of the rear faceplate holes not lining up right (nothing a little Dremel won't fix), everything fits pretty well.
Got everything set and mounted:
Whew...now on to some wiring.

Thanks for sharing, TJ, I love to see your beautiful builds!
Double post!
I've got the circuit board populated now.
Moving on to wiring soon!

That looks great! I like the blue Sozo caps. I put CDE WMFs in those positions in mine.
Looking good!

Looks like a mess...for now:
Flying leads everywhere!

Looking good!
Just got the cabinet situation squared away...scored a Mojotone surplus cabinet that was configured for a 12" Speaker. I wasn't planning on a 12" to start with, but this was such a good deal and I didn't have to wait on them to manufacture one. Plus, I can easily make a 10" baffle myself and BAM, I have the best of both worlds.
Great quality cabinet, by the way:
1/4" box joints, just like Leo made them:
I'm going to lightly stain the interior as well, I think.

NT, I'm curious as to why Mojo would cut that baffle so that the 12" speaker was partially obscured... wouldn't it be better to have cheated the speaker hole to the other side of the baffle?
It's supposedly to insure clearance from the speaker basket from the chassis and also balances out the amp since the amp's transformers are on the other side of the cabinet.
Not sure how it would affect the sound, if at all.

Getting ready to wire in the circuit board...here she is in all her glory:

So great to see this coming together. Very attractive project.
Your work looks carefully done and. Nice results.

Made some solid progress this weekend. Looks like I just need to get the heater wiring and AC cord in there and it's pretty much finished!
Preamp side:
Here's the adjustable fixed-bias addition to stock:
Lower left you can see the AC receptacle wired up as a bias test point:
Getting close! The ground switch is wired up with a standby switch:
