I'm getting ready to swap necks on my Strats, and I need to leave the strings off for a few days. Does that do any harm to the neck? As I ask this, I feel like a real But I want to make sure that removing the tension will do no ill.

Nah, you're good duder. If it was gonna be a decent stretch of time, like say over a year, I'd recommend relieving the tension.

I agree with Chuck- it's not a problem. When in doubt, it's always best to ask and feel like a than to fail and really be a !
