I'm surprised no one commented on this! Looks pretty clean to me Josh, don't know if it's wired correctly. Any updates?

It looks very clean! You might want to move the 5w cathode resistor a little further from that coupling cap. I don't know if it's wired correctly.
I think you're missing a speaker.
Maybe some tubes would help too.
J/K. don't know the circuit offhand, but looks like very clean work.
