Looking for a Master Series Tele mahogany body with 2 humbuckes with a set neck. These were offered by Squier a couple of years ago and were discontinued.

No, but they are cool. They had a shorter scale too IIRC.

Might I suggest maybe callin' some local Fender dealers around your neck of the woods and see if they have any backstock or NOS one's that didn't sell, or you might be able to find 'em on EvilBay or Craigslist. Good luck!
