Looks interesting. Wonder what it really sounds like.
Several guitars in different colors
Things to make them fuzzy
Things to make them louder
orange picks
My friend tele-bob posted about these some time ago on one or two other forums, with sound bites. If I can find the links - I will post them.
Mucho Bang:buck I would think.

Sound clips would be awesome,FJ!
FWIW, sound clips, played back through a computer, don't mean much. That being said, it's an interesting concept.
who they callin' 'greedy'....

I agree about the whole computer playback thing Chris, but will add that you can note the lack of typical hum/buzz that you usually get with typical P90s. Really - I will look later - I have to get ready for work now, and ran out of time yesterday.

Interestingly, DiMarzio has developed a three coil p'up for the new Vox Virage semi-hollows.
They're described as having very similar capabilities.

You know me Ken, I like hum, especially in P90's. If it don't hum, it ain't a single coil.
I's say they were the greedy ones.
If Bob likes it, well good for him.
But we've always been 180 degrees apart on this kind of stuff. He thinks tweeds sound like broken Marshalls. That's all I need to know about his idea of good tone...
If I want a P90, I play P90's. If I want Fender style single coils, I play those. I rarely ever play humbucker guitars, but when I do, I grab my LP with humbuckers.
Anythings worth a spin...You never know!
Chris - how ar ethe stock P90s in that wined Sx you picked up>?
I was always curious about those Vs. The Agile P90s from say...the 3000 series.
Not that these SD's would be better, just curious how they rated in the "scheme" of things.

They were P90's. You know, midrange bark. I'll bet the Agile and the SX use the same pickups...
I was skeptical reading the description, but now that I've seen a picture of the pickup I have some sort of weird psychological thing happening.
It's so intriguingly ugly that I'm betting it has to sound good.

In case no one knows, Duncan also already makes a P90 in a humbucker shell called the "Phat Cat", which are supposed to sound as good or better than most production "P-90's"
HB sized P90's sound close (I have some Rio Bastards in my archtop), but the size of the coil is smaller and not as flat. This makes them a little different. Close, but not exact...
I listened to/watched the demo on the Duncan site, and found it pretty useless.
A guy yammers away on some riff, stopping to tell you he's about flick a switch and use a different coil or combination of coils, then plays the same riff.
He does this until he exhausts all combinations.
The riff consists of a lot of boom wakka wakka crap.
He never holds a note for more than maybe a second and a half. Nothing long enough to give you a real sense of a voice or a tone from the pickup- a/k/a: how it's supposed to sound.
There's a combination of hype in the press and this not very demonstrative demonstration.
So, I guess you have to buy a set and try them.
That could = successful marketing.

What's the matter with P-90s all the time?
I'm the type who would install a fancy pickup like that, find out how I like to use it best (P-90 style single coil, humbucker in series, humbucker in parallel or skinny single coil) and just use it in that one mode!
I put a Duncan Hot Tapped bridge pickup in a Tele and wired it tapped permanently.
I don't like more choices on my guitar than a 3-way switch offers.
