Hags... I get it. I totally get it...
Nice collection there!
I thought this was going to be spam for a pensioner fetish forum for a second there. I don't actually know if I'm sad it's not
Nice guitars
i bet this really annoy's you if your a grammar freak.
This is Frank Zappa with another teeny-bopper commercial for Hagstrom guitars and amps........
If you remember that line, you're a geezer like me. Frank liked Hagstrom and actually did commercials for them WAY back in the 60's......and they were actually pretty good sounding guitars.
I didnt notice they were all basses when i posted this. Sorry
My oldest pal and the bass player in my first band got a terrific sound out of one of those Hagstroms (before we all chipped in so he could buy a '66 Jazz Bass, whihc he still owns). You can see him playing in it (stripped of its paint) in the "retro rig" thread.... I guess it was most like the red one in the pic above.
Neat.
I dig the two black ones in the middle.
I just played a new Hagstrom Swede type guitar. It was pretty uneventful.

Sound really grows on you despite the fact that we call it the IKEA bass.
