    Bakelite Vintage 8 hole 'Guard

    I ran across thise in case anyone may be interested. A repro bakelite guard. Supposedly limited supply.

    I've never seen an old Fender with a black Bakelite guard. But that's just me.

    What? You've never seen a genuine '52 blackguard strat?

    I picked one up just the other day from Heeney's Guitar Shoppe... they always have lots of cool and rare stuff in there...
