Ive never seen Color coded Caps...

Ive took apart plenty of amps. Im not a tech, but ive opened up a lot of amps and I've never seen color coded caps like these. Color coded resistors are everywhere but color coded caps? Maybe I Just dont recall offhand.

Les Paul folks refer to them as "Bumble Bees."

The right values fetch a fair amount of money, if they're clean, and have long leads.
