Anybody ever hear of TOSH PA cabs and/or

    PA amp heads?
I just got a couple of the cabs (12" w/ 4x10 horn) and a Sunn SX4175 4 channel amp head (175w) from JohnnyV down at Sound Source. Havwen't had a chance to try it out at home yet because all my cords and mics are in the band van residing with someone else.
I looked over the cabs last night and find them very well made and clean. Made in USA also.
    Just wondering.

One of my local stores has them, but I've never heard them.

I think that the Tosh cabinets are made by McIntosh (sp?), the makers of the high-end tube power amps for audiophiles. But I could be wrong, my memory is foggy...

I think you've got your operands reversed, Mikey...I think you meant <79, <81! :snicker

You right of course, but Idid it that way on purpose to steer clear if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I got my mics/cables and stuff from the Swanky Crossfyre van yesterday and hooked em up. Sounds pretty darn good to my ears.
Will work great in the Crossfyre sound-o-matic rattling place of practice hole in the basement man cave drum studio.

The company is Tosh Electronics Corp, in Bowling Green, Ohio.

    Their website, www.toshelectronics.com, is down.

Archive.org doesn't have any listings since March 2005.

    Thanks kap!

Now, it's got me to wonderin', if they're in business anymore. Taht's quite a while to have your site down.
    Hmmmmmm.
Maybe the cabs are worth more than the money i spent for them, now that they don't make them anymore. (I know, pure speculation.)
Then again, maybe that's why they're only worth what I paid for them.

It's all good, I like em and that's what matters.
