Squire Tele P90

Hi,

I played one of those squires teles with p90s the other day at my local guitar store. Great sound. Of course I played a new Gibson Les Paul Standard as well, and it was no contest...

The Squire won by a mile in my book.

(I have a nice Gibson 87 LPS, so I'm not a Gibson basher, but I know a good sound when I hear one)

I got myself one of those a couple of months ago and it does indeed sound great. Compared to my US standard tele, though, the neck feels like balsa wood!

Thanks Palmer, do you think the Squire could take another neck?

I believe so - there's nothing horribly wrong with the stock neck, its just it doesn't feel as good as the USA standard one IMHO.
