Unless I'm missing something here.... (we're just talking about the nut that holds the jacks in place that you plug your guitar lead into/take the output from the pedal, right???)
Radio Shack (or similar) should have them. You might have to buy the whole 6.5mm jack just to get the nut though... might set you back about 50c each.

OTOH, if you want to get the tone improvement from genuine _vintage_ Dunlop nuts, as used in the original '60s Crybaby, you can get these on eBay for about $200 each. If you're lucky...
But I'd be quick. They're certain to go up in value...

The one I had special nuts that at thread deep into the jack. But that was the one with the jacks on the circuit board.
I don't know if they sell the nuts you want, but Dunlop has a bunch of parts for sale.
