I got my Spector!
Well, I've wanted a Spector since about the ninth grade and now I have one.
The bass is amazing. The fit and finish are exceptional. The fretwork is perfect. It is absolutely gorgeous. The tone is deep, full and round but still clear and focused. This is by far the nicest bass I've ever owned.

Tom, I did get the hardshell with it. It's pretty nice. It's a lot like a Fender hardshell. This bass was made in the Czech Republic.
That thing is gorgeous! I bet that P/J pickup combo sounds great!
I've heard a lot of good things about the quality of the Czech made instruments. I've even heard that it rivals/exceeds the US stuff.
