Just bought this RP100A last week. Is there a minimum volume That I should keep my amp at? I have never use an effects processor before.
I have been experiancing cut-outs and then a pulsating hum that completely cuts out the guitar, and have to unplug the power to it to get rid of it. Both of my sons say it is defective.
