    New Gibson in the stable...

The Gibson tour bus was in town and they had a bunch of the new HP series with them. I picked up this little number - HP 665

The body is small, but it really has a BIG sound.

Nick, I think Edge is looking at you a little skeptically...

That's got to be a lot of fun to play. Really nice.

The body is small, but it really has a BIG sound.

The Gibbo bus came by the HoG last Saturday, and I had a Benjamin burning a hole in my pocket...they were offering $100 off on the 2016 Firebird T (normally about $1099). These are now out of production and the prices are climbing online so I locked mine in with a deposit.

I've had a pair of Epi Firebird VII's - love the body shape, it's comfortable for me - but the p'ups succcckkkkked! This new Gibson with the "real" mini-buckers has all the bite, grind, and chime that I need...

My gig money will be taking a significant hit later this week when I pick it up! :)

Awesome! That bus is sure putting some food on the table for Gibson!
