I don´t think there where any Squier MIA tele ever, but anyway, comparing Squier and MIA tele.
Some Squier teles have had thinner bodies if i recal it right, and there are the different woods, MIA bodies usually are ash or alder, while Squiers are made of poplar, pine etc, besides the mentioned woods. Squier teles have been made in various countries as Mexico, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, China, India and probably some more countries.
American Standard and American Series Teles have completely different bridge mounting hole locations and string through hole locations than other Teles to accommodate their odd bridge.
Squier Teles are made from Asian Mystery Wood. They are.
