And I hate any word that starts with "i" as in ipod, itunes, iphone and of course ipad. Apple's overadvertising here is driving me nuts, I wish their products lived up to the marketing hype

to me it's a scam to steal homes from older people,or rather their heirs.Why do you have to be 62 or older? What if you are 40 with a home that has a ton of equity (inherited,ect)?
The reason? A 40 year old will probably live long enought to pay back the mortgage.
