My Neck is Shot - Replacement?

My fav Strat just had its 20th birthday. The neck has been worked on so much I just came to the conclusion it's not worth saving anymore. The wood is all worn away between the frets, the slots are shot from re-fretting and there is so much battle damage it just isn't worth the hassle. It's an old Strat Plus with the Wilkinson nut which is becoming a PITA too.

I've hung onto it because it's one of the old BRW beauties, I just now am facing reality and admitting it's time to let her go.

Anybody using the new Warmoth with the side adjust? Mighty Might?

    Thoughts, please.

The Warmoth side adjust is great - regardless of which armoth model you pick - get stainless frets and you can have your next neck FOREVER!

I've had great results with Allparts and have never switched, except once on a lark. Got a USACG and hated it, no tone.

Wide selection of Allparts neck at aamps, cheap too

I have had a few allparts necks and they all played great - especially for the $. But I had more than one that had finish issues. One had bits of steel wool embedded in the nitro...

Give USACG a call. Tommy just cut me a great deal on my new Strat neck.

I've a 22 fret MM LIC with an ebony f/board that I absolutely love to bits... got it cheap too - wouldn't be surprised if it was made by Warmoth in any case...
If I could find a road to get away it wouldn't be too soon....... Shipwreck Moon.......
