    Bride advice needed

    Tomorrow im going to install a Callaham top plate and block.
    I took the guitar apart and I forgot to notice one thing.

    The 6 screws that hold the top plate down. When I put them back, do I screw them down tight, or do I need to leave them slightly loose to accommodate the pivot when using the trem bar?

    this won't help you with your bride..but it will assit you with your bridge :) You probably will want to set it all up once you put it back together

    I was thinking the same thing!

    That link is a good one. I've referenced it in the past.
    "...pray do not imagine that those who make the noise are the only inhabitants of the field;
    that, of course, they are many in number; or that, after all, they are other than the little,
    shriveled, meagre, hopping, though loud and troublesome, insects of the hour."
